No Classes Saturday & Sunday

30/30: This will be 30 minutes of spin class followed by 30 minutes of core training. The spin class is perfect for new spinners who might be nervous about doing a full hour spin class but challenging enough for more experienced spinners. The core segment is for all fitness levels and focuses on the abdominals, lower back, hips and glutes. Exercises will incorporate resistance bands, small weights and body-weight exercises.

Corefusion: A total body workout that targets the core region (abs, lower back, glutes, pelvis, and hips) while incorporating cardio, balance, and flexibility.

Funktional Fitness: Utilizing light weights, this is a perfect low intensity fitness class ideal for seniors or beginners wishing to improve strength, flexibility, and balance.

Spin Core: 50 minutes of cadence drills, climbs, and sprints followed by a core segment which will target abs, low back, glutes, pelvis, and hips.

Bootcamp: Our bootcamps are all about achieving overall self-improvement, camaraderie and sweating together to reach a common goal of overall self-improvement. This class mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. Classes are held both indoors and outdoors.

Spin Zone: Upbeat music and highly motivated instructors that create an intense sweat producing, fat burning, and muscle toning 50-minute workout experience.

Pump and Pedal: This interval-style class alternates from short bursts of cycling with light weights to core work on the floor. You will not get bored in this class!

Biker Barre: IBBFA certified barre instructor Tina Rue will lead you through a 30-minute ride followed by 30 minutes of cardio barre. This intense workout is structured for all levels of fitness. Barre is a cross between Yoga, Palates, Ballet, and strength training.
