The spin starts here! This 45 min class is challenging and fun, and one of the best ways to improve cardiovascular fitness while burning lots of calories. Intervals, rolling hills, climbs, runs, surges and jumps coupled with energetic music will help your day started off on the right foot. These classes are followed by 15 minutes of core work.
Our Funkional Fitness classes are for both the senior population and beginner exercisers. These low impact classes were specifically designed to help our clients maintain muscle and core strength; to improve range of movement, and to increase balance and flexibility.
