This eight-week program is designed with all body types and fitness levels in mind! Starting your day with our challenging, yet fun bootcamp, will set you up to feel accomplished and ready to tackle your daily routine. These sessions are typically circuit-style, which allows our participants to work at his or her own pace. As always, our Bootcamp sessions are SUPERVISED, CUSTOMIZED, and AFFORDABLE!

Training Classes -
•Swimming - Wednesdays 6:00 a.m. (Power Center pool)
•Spin class options - Mondays 5:30 p.m., Tuesdays/Thursdays 5:15 a.m., and during staffed desk hours.
•Run - After swim/spin classes
*Practice Tri every Saturday morning at the Power Center 7:00 a.m.
**Packets with training schedules/tips will be provided for all 3 events.
