This eight-week program is designed with all body types and fitness levels in mind! Starting your day with our challenging, yet fun bootcamp, will set you up to feel accomplished and ready to tackle your daily routine. These sessions are typically circuit-style, which allows our participants to work at his or her own pace. As always, our Bootcamp sessions are SUPERVISED, CUSTOMIZED, and AFFORDABLE!
"Biker Barre" will be starting on September 11, 2019 at 8:15 am on Wednesdays at Project Fit. IBBFA certified barre instructor, Mad Dog certified spin instructor and ASFA Master Trainer Tina Rue will lead you through a 30 minute ride followed by 30 minutes of cardio barre. This intense workout is structured for all levels of fitness. Results are noticeable in just one month. Barre is a cross between Yoga, Palates, strength training and Ballet.
