This six-week program is designed with all body types and fitness levels in mind! Starting your day with our fun, engaging, at-your-own-pace workouts, will set you up to feel accomplished and ready to tackle your daily routine. The shorter duration design of the class will allow you to get going in time for school or work. These classes are circuit-style: what you put out is what you get back. But, of course, our trainers will always challenge you to push yourself.

Come Join Jakoby Smith on Saturday August 25th @ 11am

Certified Zumba instructor, Jakoby Smith, brings his unique energy to this Brazilian exercise. Zumba involves dance movements which include hip-hop, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo. Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it.

Pilates H.I.I.T infuses the basics of Pliates with the intensitiy of H.I.I.T. It's a full body workout including arms, abs, legs, butt, and thigh intervals. This class includes weights, but there are also modifications and you can choose your own weight size.
