Project Fit specializes in Private, Duo and Semi-Private Personal Training. Our sessions are specifically designed to meet your individual needs. Each session is carefully created with your strengths, limitations, and fitness goals in mind. We will match you with the right trainer for your needs and help you create a schedule that works for you. As an added perk to diversify your routine, all Scheduled Training Sessions on our Everything Plan will be included with the purchase of any of our monthly Personal Training Packages (8 sessions or more).
