This pass is the perfect option for individuals who are not ready to commit to a gym membership, but who would still occasionally like to participate in some scheduled sessions. This pass allows non-members access to our extremely popular Everything Plan sessions. Our scheduled Everything Plan sessions offer a variety of workouts for all ages and fitness levels. These sessions are well-supervised and led by one of our awesome Project Fit personal trainers. Where else in town can you participate in an intense bootcamp on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, a cardio challenging combination of Spin and Treadmill work on Tuesday and Thursday and then end the week with relaxing Yoga on Friday and Saturday?
