BOOTCAMP PASS PROGRAM
Our infamous “Real Deal” Bootcamps started in 2006 and were the first of its kind offered in the Lake Charles area. The military-inspired bootcamps are designed to accommodate any fitness level and often serve to jumpstart a new fitness routine. The group’s intense physical training and the no-excuses approach will guide you towards becoming physically and mentally stronger.
Get the benefits of H.I.I.T. training taught on the treadmill, utilizing sprints and slow walks with varying speeds and ramp heights.
Thirty minutes of cadence drills, sport specific drills, and climbs are used to generate an unpredictably challenging and fun ride.
The spin starts here! This 45 min class is challenging and fun, and one of the best ways to improve cardiovascular fitness while burning lots of calories. Intervals, rolling hills, climbs, runs, surges and jumps coupled with energetic music will help your day started off on the right foot. These classes are followed by 15 minutes of core work.
Lengthen and strengthen! Align and define! This class focuses on flexibility, mobility and stability. This class is designed to restore your body’s natural movement patterns that can fade due to disuse. This workout is the perfect complement to your normal strength training and cardio routing.
Starting with a series of functional movements, this class ramps up into periods of intense exertion alternating with periods of rest or lighter exercises. Ending with a brief cool-down period, this workout is an excellent way to build endurance and burn calories quickly.
This is a total body workout with an emphasis on your core muscles. Sculpt your body by using combinations movements with weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, balance trainers, kettle bells and more. Workouts are uniquely designed by our very own Project Fit trainers.
Our Yoga sessions offer a mixture of Athletic, Restorative and even Buti Yoga. Reduce stress, improve flexibility, and balance while toning and stretching your entire body.
Our Funkional Fitness classes are for both seniors or beginner exercisers. These low impact classes were specifically designed to help our clients maintain muscle and core strength; to improve range of motion, and to increase balance and flexibility.
