MONDAY:

5:15 AM: Fit For Duty
Project Fit's fitness boot camp, Fit For Duty, mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval trainng and strength trainng. Participants can expect to use all types of equipment, including ropes, tires, kettle bells, TRX straps, dumbbells and more. All fitness levels invited!
5:30 PM:H.I.I.T Fit
Starting with a series of functional movements, this class ramps up into periods of intense exertion, alternating with periods of rest or lighter exercises. H.I.I.T. training is an excellent way to build endurance and burn calories quickly.

TUESDAY:

5:15 AM: Spin/Core
40 minutes of cadence drills, climbs, and sprints are used to generate an unpredictably challenging and fun ride. Spin class will be followed by a core segment which will target the abs, lower back, glutes, pelvis and hips.
8:15 AM: Spin Zone
Upbeat music and highly motivated instructors create an intense, sweat producing, fat burning, muscle toning 60 minute workout experience.
10:15 AM: Funktional Fitness
Utilizing small weights, this is a perfect low intensity fitness class for seniors, or beginners, to improve strength, flexibility and balance
5:30 PM: Corefusion
A total body workout that targets the core region (abs, lower back, gluteal muscles, pelvis and hips) while incorporating cardio, balance, and flexibility.

WEDNESDAY:

8:15 AM:Go with the FLOW
Focusing on flexibility, mobility and stability, this class will restore your body's natural movement patterns that fade due to disuse. This workout is the perfect complement to your strength training and cardio routine.

5:30 PM:Pilates H.I.I.T.
An energizing workout that fuses the basics of Pilates with the intensity of H.I.I.T. Total body focus including arms, legs, abs, thighs and butt.

THURSDAY:
