5:30 – 6:15 AM: FLASH FIT

This six-week program is designed with all body types and fitness levels in mind! Starting your day with our fun, engaging, at-your-own-pace workouts, will set you up to feel accomplished and ready to tackle your daily routine. The shorter duration design of the class will allow you to get going in time for school or work. These classes are circuit-style: what you put out is what you get back. But, of course, our trainers will always challenge you to push yourself.


5:30 – 6:30 PM: 30/30

This will be 30 minutes of spin class followed by 30 minutes of core training. The spin class is perfect for new spinners who might be nervous about doing a full hour spin class but challenging enough for more experienced spinners. The core segment is for all fitness levels and focuses on the abdominals, lower back, hips and glutes.  Exercises will incorporate resistance bands, small weights and bodyweight exercises.

5:15 – 6:15 AM: SPIN ZONE

Upbeat music and highly motivated instructors create an intense, sweat producing, fat burning, muscle toning 60 minute workout experience.


8:15 – 9:15 AM: SPIN CORE

40 minutes of cadence drills, climbs, and sprints are used to generate an unpredictably challenging and fun ride. Spin class will be followed by a core segment which will target the abs, lower back, glutes, pelvis and hips.


10:15 AM: FUNKTIONAL FITNESS

Utilizing small weights, this is a perfect low intensity fitness class for seniors or beginners, to improve strength, flexibility, and balance.


5:30 PM: COREFUSION

A total body workout that targets the core region (abs, lower back, gluteal muscles, pelvis, and hips), while incorporating cardio, balance, and flexibility.

This class is where HipHop meets fitness! Come and join us as we break out our dance moves and torch those calories! 45 minutes of non-stop dancing, sweating and fun!
